Osmanthus fragrans, sugar and white wine

1, put osmanthus in the sun for three to five minutes, in order to drive away the insects hidden in the flowers.
2. Then wash a wide-mouth glass bottle and spread a layer of osmanthus in the bottle;
3. Spread a thin layer of sugar on osmanthus fragrans, with more sugar than osmanthus fragrans, and repeat until the bottle will be full (not too full, leave some space). The top layer must be white sugar, and then pour in a little more than 35 degrees of white wine. The purpose of adding liquor is to prevent mildew, help sugar dissolve, and precipitate the fragrance of osmanthus.
4. After sealed storage for four to five months, sweet-scented osmanthus candy is made. Sweet-scented osmanthus sugar is brown syrup with little sweet-scented osmanthus. As soon as the bottle cap was opened, a sweet osmanthus fragrance overflowed.
