Method
1. Blanch chicken gizzards and chicken livers in boiling water to remove blood; wash and cut green onions into sections, peel and slice ginger;
2. Put chicken gizzards, aniseed, green onions, ginger slices, salt, soy sauce, and sugar into a pot, add an appropriate amount of water and boil, cook for 1 hour, then add chicken liver and cook for half an hour, reduce the heat to low, and then pour in sesame oil , cook the thick marinade for about 10 minutes, then pour the chicken giblets and marinade into the basin and let cool.
