taro roast chicken. After peeling taro, cut it into half pieces and soak it in clear water. It is best to wear disposable gloves when peeling taro, otherwise some people will itch because of peeling

Put a proper amount of water in the pot, put the chicken pieces in, skim the blood foam and remove them for later use. Pour oil into the pot, add onion, ginger, garlic cloves and star anise, stir-fry until fragrant. Add the cooked chicken pieces and stir-fry for two or three minutes, then pour in cooking wine and soy sauce for coloring.
Step 3
Pour in the boiled chicken pieces, cover the pot and simmer for half an hour. When half of the soup is received, add 2 spoonfuls of white sugar and appropriate amount of salt, add taro pieces and stew for 15 minutes
Step 4
After taro can be easily passed through with chopsticks, you can collect the juice on high fire, and finally sprinkle some shallots and serve out of the pot.
