Raw materials: pork 200g, laver 250g, refined salt, cooking wine, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, shredded onion, garlic slices, wet starch, peanut oil and clear soup.
Practice: wash kelp, slice it, blanch it in a boiling water pot, remove it and drain it. Wash pork and cut it into thin slices. Put the wok on the fire, heat peanut oil, stir-fry the meat slices until they change color, add soy sauce, cooking wine, shredded onion, garlic slices, refined salt and clear soup, continue to stir-fry, add kelp slices, stir-fry until cooked and tasty, thicken with wet starch, and add monosodium glutamate and mix well.
Kelp, egg and minced meat soup
Raw materials: kelp (dried) 15g, lean pork 75g, fresh eggs 1, peanut oil, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, ginger, onion and sesame oil.
Practice: Marinate kelp, wash it and cut it into filaments. Scalded lean meat with hot water, washed with cold water and chopped into mud. Knock the eggs into a bowl and stir them into a paste. Pour peanut oil into a hot pot, add ginger and onion, stir fry, add cold water, add kelp, refined salt and monosodium glutamate, and cook for a while. When the soup boils, add the meat sauce and cooking wine, add the egg mixture, stir well and order sesame oil.
