2. White Peony:
White tea is one of the six major types of tea in China, and is mainly produced in Zhenghe County, Songxi County, Jianyang District of Nanping City and Fuding City of Ningde City in Fujian Province, China. It is famous for its green leaves with silver-white centers, which resemble flowers, and after brewing, the green leaves hold the young buds as if they were buds in their first blossom, thus earning it the beautiful name of White Peony.
White Peony has a fat heart, tender leaves, gray-green leaves with silver-white hairs, and white velvet hairs on the back of the leaves. After brewing, the fragrance of the hairs is fresh and long-lasting, and the taste is clear and slightly sweet, the soup color is apricot-yellow and bright or orange-yellow, and the underside of the leaves is tender and even, with reddish veins in the green leaves. "White peony can be categorized into Zhenghe Dabai Tea, Fuding Dabai Tea and Shui Xian Dabai Tea according to the raw materials used in the production of white peony.
3. Quancheng Red:
Quancheng Red Tea is a black tea created by fermentation on the basis of green tea. Because of the origin of Jinan, Shandong Province, Jinan has a "spring city" reputation, so it is named Quancheng black tea. The black tea is made from the new buds and leaves of the tea tree, and is refined through the typical processes of withering, kneading, fermentation and drying. Because of its dry tea color and brewed tea broth with red color as the main tone, so it is called Quancheng black tea.
4, Quan Cheng Green:
Quan Cheng Green Tea refers to the products made from the new leaves or buds of the tea tree, unfermented, by the typical processes of greening, or shaping and drying. The color of its manufactured products, after brewing the tea broth more preserved to preserve the green color of fresh tea leaves.
5, Gongmei:
Gongmei, also known as Shoumei, belongs to one of China's six major types of tea, white tea items, the main production of the city of Nanping, Fujian Province, China, Songxi County, Zhenghe County, Jianyang District, Jian'ou City, Pucheng County, etc., is one of the highest production of white tea, the production accounted for more than 50 percent of the total production of white tea.
Gongmei made of vegetable tea tree buds, to distinguish from the Fuding Dabai tea, Zhenghe Dabai tea tree buds made of "big white" tea.
