Preparation materials: half a duck, 1 piece of pickled ginger, 6 pieces of old altar sour radish, 1 piece of radish, 10 ml cooking wine, 4-6 pieces of ginger and a pinch of dried pepper.
1, prepare the main ingredients, as shown in the figure below.
2. Add enough water to the pot, and add washed duck pieces, ginger slices, dried peppers and cooking wine, as shown below.
3. Continue to blanch for 2-3 minutes after the open flame is boiled, as shown below.
4. As shown in the figure below, remove the floating ball on the surface and clean it with warm water.
5. Put it in a saucepan, add enough water, open the lid and bring to a boil. If it floats, skim it off with a spoon, as shown in the figure below.
6, the old altar sour radish and pickled ginger are cut into thick pieces and added, as shown below.
7. Cover and stew for about 2-3 hours, as shown in the figure below.
8. Peel the radish and cut it into strips, as shown below.
9. Add to the saucepan and continue to cook for about 30 minutes until the radish is completely cooked, as shown below.
