working methods
1. Wash the lotus root and evenly cut it into 4cm long filaments;
2. Soak the vermicelli in warm water and cut into sections;
3. Wash onion, ginger and garlic and cut into fine powder for later use;
4. Heat oil in the pot and add onion, ginger and minced garlic;
5. Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry with cooking wine, sugar and soy sauce for a few times;
6. Add vermicelli, salt and vinegar, stir-fry until cooked, add monosodium glutamate and pepper oil, stir-fry and serve.
