1. Garlic pea sprouts
(1) Materials: a handful of pea sprouts, a handful of green onions, a piece of ginger, a handful of garlic sprouts, five dried chili peppers, and two pieces of garlic.

2. Pea sprouts mixed with sesame and salt
(1) Ingredients: One pound of pea sprouts, white sesame seeds, salt, light soy sauce, and appropriate amount of MSG.
(2) Heat the pan over low heat, pour in the white sesame seeds, and stir-fry the sesame seeds over medium heat. Turn off the heat when the sesame seeds turn light yellow in color and fragrant.
(3) Pour the fried sesame seeds onto the chopping board and crush them with a rolling pin. Put into a small bowl, add appropriate amount of salt and stir into sesame salt.

3. Serve enoki mushrooms and pea sprouts
(1) Ingredients: one pound of lean meat, half a pound of pork liver, a handful of pea sprouts, half a pound of enoki mushrooms, wolfberry, ginger, Appropriate amounts of garlic, cornstarch, oil, salt, and sesame oil.
(2) Cut the lean meat into slices, add oil, salt, and cornstarch and marinate for 30 minutes and set aside.

4. Cool pea sprouts
(1) Ingredients: One pound of pea sprouts, appropriate amounts of salt, vinegar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
(2) Cut off the old roots of the pea seedlings and clean them. Put soy sauce and oil into the same bowl and mix well.
(3) Boil a pot of water, add an appropriate amount of salt and a few drops of sesame oil to the water. After the water boils, add the pea sprouts and simmer for about a minute.
