① Pour warm water into self-raising flour. Warm water is helpful for yeast fermentation in self-raising flour, but the temperature should not be overheated, otherwise the yeast will fail. The dough is slightly softer. Knead the dough until the surface is smooth, cover the basin with a wet cloth and put it in a warm place to wake it up.

⑧ Put the brushed side of the egg liquid into a raw sesame bowl and flatten it.
