Pine nut corn is a traditional famous dish in Northeast China. It is very representative in Northeastern cuisine. After all, pine nuts and corn are specialties of Northeastern China. Ingredients
Main ingredients: 400 grams of corn kernels, 100 grams of shelled pine nuts, 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, 2 chives.

Preparation steps
1. Cut the pepper into small cubes and mince the chives.
2. Boil the corn kernels in boiling water for 4 minutes until cooked, remove and drain.
3. Heat the wok over medium heat, add pine nuts and fry until they turn slightly golden and fragrant. Shake the pot frequently or stir-fry with a spatula to avoid uneven color.
4. Take out the fried pine nuts, spread them flat on a large plate and let them cool.
5. Pour oil into the wok, heat it over medium heat, stir-fry the chives until fragrant, then add corn kernels and diced chili peppers and stir-fry for 2 minutes, add refined salt and sugar, and stir-fry. Stir-fry evenly, add MSG, stir-fry pine nuts and serve.
Notes:
1. For corn, you can choose bagged or canned American sweet corn kernels, which have a more tender and sweet taste.
2. The green pepper must be non-spicy, otherwise it will affect the fresh and sweet taste.
3. Pine nuts must be added when the pot is boiling to maintain a crispy texture.
