11. Fry the green and red peppers and onions to remove some moisture.
22. Melt the yeast in a small bowl with warm water and stir evenly.
33. Put the flour in a large basin, put a little salt in the flour, and put a spoonful of white sugar.
44. Put a little salad oil or butter, and then pour the melted yeast water into the flour.
55. Add warm water to the flour little by little and stir it into pieces with chopsticks.
66. Knead the dough into a smooth dough, then place it in a warm place to ferment until it doubles in size. Knead the dough again to remove the air, and knead it into a smooth dough again.
77. Apply a layer of oil around the pizza pan, roll the dough into a circle larger than the pizza pan, and place it in the pizza pan.
88. Use a fork to poke holes in the bottom of the dough to prevent the dough from puffing up during baking. (I don’t have a fork at home, so I use toothpicks to finish.)
99. Spread a layer of homemade pizza sauce on the dough.
1010. Spread one-third of the prepared mozzarella on top of the pizza sauce.
1111. Spread half of the prepared cooked corn kernels, lean meat, and onions evenly on top.
1212. Sprinkle another third of the rice.
1313. Sprinkle some corn kernels and green and red pepper rings.
1414. Finally, sprinkle all the remaining cheese evenly on top, then preheat the oven to 200 degrees (I turned on the fan) and bake for fifteen minutes
