Needed seasonings: light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, salt, white sugar, cooking oil
Preparation steps of sauce
2 spoons of light soy sauce/1 spoon of dark soy sauce/1 spoon of cooking wine/1 spoon of oyster sauce/appropriate amount of salt/appropriate amount of sugar, stir well and put oil in the pot
Pour in the minced pork and stir-fry until it changes color. Add minced onions/minced garlic/long bean segments and stir-fry evenly. Pour in the prepared sauce
Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes
Add in water and starch / Green and red pepper segments? Once the soup thickens, it’s ready to be served
The beans are shiny with oil, cover the rice and stir well
