Fat-reduced quick stew
Steps:
1. Spread minced garlic on the bottom of the bowl, pour hot oil on it, add light soy sauce and oyster sauce , a small amount of salt, stir evenly.
2. Put your favorite vegetables in the pot, add fish tofu and beef balls to enjoy the fresh flavor, or you can replace it with beef, luncheon meat or shrimp.
3. Pour the prepared sauce and add a little water to prevent it from sticking to the pot. Don’t add too much, as a lot of water will come out of the vegetables.
4. The vegetables will be cooked in about six or seven minutes. Turn off the heat and serve.
