Diet therapy for chronic gastritis 1, crucian carp soup
Ingredients: live crucian carp1400g, dried ginger 3g, dried tangerine peel 3g, pepper, onion, ginger, raw flour and refined salt.
Exercise:

Ingredients: fried fennel 30g, japonica rice 200g.

Ingredients: White Ginseng 10g, rock sugar 30g, lotus seed 10g.
