This series of concrete batching machines are composed of three parts: feeding system, weighing system and electrical control system.

(1) Feeding system: It consists of a storage hopper and a feeding device. Its main function is to store materials and add materials to the weighing hopper under the control of the control system.

The form of the feeding system: PLD800-1200 type, which feeds the belt conveyor;

(2) Weighing system: The weighing system is a key part of the batching machine. It consists of hopper, suspension device, weighing system sensor, batching controller, etc.

(3) Electrical control system: The electrical control system is the core component of the batching machine. Its function is to realize the weighing, display, operation and completion of various automatic batching procedures of the entire batching machine. The system is mainly composed of two parts: batching controller and strong current circuit. For details on its appearance, structure and use, please refer to the "Instruction Manual of the Batching Controller". Before work, the loader (manual loading can be used when the batching machine is installed underground) supplies sand and stone materials to each storage hopper respectively.

According to the instructions of the batching controller, input the formula to the batching controller (unused materials must be set to 0). After pressing the batching button, the batching machine begins to enter the automatic batching program. The working process is: first, the material I belt conveyor starts working and transports material I to the weighing hopper. When the weight of material I in the weighing hopper reaches its set value, the material I belt conveyor automatically stops; then the material II belt conveyor starts automatically. , when the weight of the material in the weighing hopper reaches the sum of the set values ??of material I and material II, the material II belt conveyor stops and the material III belt conveyor starts working... In this way, after the four materials are prepared, the machine is in a waiting state . At this time, press the discharging button, the discharging belt conveyor will work, and the prepared dry concrete materials will be discharged into the mixer hopper. After the discharging is completed, the discharging belt conveyor automatically stops and starts the second cycle of batching. After the second cycle of batching ends, it waits for discharging again, and so on.
