Ingredients
Main ingredient: 500g of flour 50ml of water
Supplementary Ingredients 3g of salt
Steps
Preparation is very simple, flour, water, salt (without salt can be)
2. Knead the flour with water and leave it to form a dough, let it rest for 5 minutes.
3. Add water and start washing the dough, kneading like washing clothes.
4. When the water is cloudy, replace it with clean water and continue to wash the noodles, repeat this step about 5 times.
5. Until the dough is clean and the water is not cloudy.
6. Divide the washed gluten into small pieces to make it easier to cook.
7. Cook on high heat for about 3 minutes to mature. (You can also steam it for ten minutes on high heat)
8. Cook it and put it into cool water.
9. Gluten is ready. Can be cold, can be hot fried, you can also do baked gluten!
