Practice 1 of Chicken Porridge with Mushrooms
Ingredients: chicken breast, mushrooms, pearl rice, carrots, corn kernels, salt and shredded ginger.
Exercise:
1, diced chicken, carrots and mushrooms.
2. Add 2 Jin of water to the casserole, put the washed pearl rice in, bring it to a boil over medium heat, and then simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Add mushrooms, diced carrots and corn kernels, boil over medium heat, then simmer for 20 minutes, then add chicken, boil and cook for about three minutes, add appropriate amount of salt, and mix well to serve.
Practice of chicken porridge with small mushrooms II
Raw materials: rice, chicken, mushrooms, lettuce, shredded carrots, shredded ginger, cooking wine, salt and soy sauce.
Exercise:
1. Wash the chicken and cut it into pieces, soak it in clear water to remove blood, and then marinate it with cooking wine, soy sauce and salt for 20 minutes.
2. Soak mushrooms in warm water and shred them, while other lettuce, carrots and ginger are shredded for later use.
3. Wash rice and cook porridge. When porridge 7 is ripe, pour in shredded mushrooms, shredded chicken and shredded ginger and continue to cook (while stirring).
4. When the chicken and porridge are fully cooked, add shredded carrots and lettuce, add a little sugar and a little salt.
