Materials:
Ribs, optional side dishes, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt, black pepper, spiced powder, honey (honey can be replaced by barbecue sauce)
Exercise:
1. Wash and chop the ribs, mix the soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt, black pepper, spiced powder and (if barbecue sauce is used, add barbecue sauce at this time) to make a sauce, brush the sauce evenly on the ribs, and marinate for taste. The best curing time is one night, or several hours, or even one hour if there is really no time.
2. Spread tin foil on the baking tray, put the marinated ribs neatly on the tin foil, then wrap them in tin foil and preheat the oven for 250 degrees. If the temperature of your oven is too high, preheat it to 200 degrees and bake the ribs for 20 minutes.
3. Then take it out, open the tin foil and brush a layer of honey on each rib. If barbecue sauce is used, brush a layer of barbecue sauce, put it in the oven again, and bake for 10 minutes. The last 10 minute does not need tin foil wrapping.
