Ingredients: wax gourd 1 00g, medium tomato 1 piece, 2 mushrooms, 250g of tofu, garlic sprout 1 root, 2 teaspoons of salt12 teaspoons, mushroom essence12 teaspoons, 300ml of water and mustard oil.
Steps:
1, sliced wax gourd and shiitake mushrooms, diced tofu and tomatoes, and finely chopped garlic seedlings.
2. Pour oil into a hot pot, add salt and garlic seedlings and stir fry 1 min, add wax gourd, tomato and mushrooms and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
