Steps
1. Cut winter melon into slices.
2. Wash the ribs from blood and blanch them in boiling water.
3. Fish out the ribs and drain.
4. Put the ribs in a pot and add 1500 ml of water, ginger, dashi, cooking wine, goji berries, and cook slowly over low heat for 45 minutes.
5. Put the winter melon slices into the rib soup and cook for another 15 minutes on low heat, add salt and cilantro.
