Shanghai Daqianmen, Peony, Phoenix Smoke, and Green Double Happiness are all local cigarettes in Shanghai. They are difficult to see in other cities and cannot be bought in most cases.

1. Daqianmen

The Daqianmen brand cigarettes produced by the Shanghai Cigarette Factory of Daqianmen Group were rated as national light industry quality products by the Ministry of Light Industry in 1979.

CHIENMEN, the cigarette label of "Da Qianmen", is a famous brand in China. Da Qianmen was originally named CHIENMEN (referring to Beijing's Qianmen) and has gone through a journey of more than 100 years. Judging from the history of cigarette labels, it is rare for a trademark to last for 50 years. "Da Qianmen" is still produced and sold today.

2. Shanghai Peony

Mudan is a product of Shanghai Tobacco Group Co., Ltd. Peony brand cigarettes have a long history of 80 years.

3. Phoenix Cigarettes

Phoenix Cigarettes were very popular as early as the 1970s and 1980s. Production was discontinued until the end of 2017 when they were launched.

4. Green Double Happiness

Green Double Happiness is also one of the few Shanghai cigarettes and is relatively rare outside Shanghai.
