Lotus root, pork, shrimp and scallop seasoning: soy sauce, raw flour, salt and pepper oil.

Cut the lotus root into two parts and connect them together.

Wash shrimps and scallops.

Shrimp, scallop, add some lotus root slices and stir together.

Stir well and add proper amount of raw flour. Mixing with soy sauce and pepper tastes better than mixing with chopsticks yourself.

Stuff the meat between two pieces of lotus root.

Fix it one by one.

Hot oil pan, with little oil, put in the brewed lotus root box and fry until cooked.

Fry both sides and simmer with appropriate amount of water.

Season with the right amount of salt when it is almost cooked.
