Method
Prepare the ingredients (you can use other shrimps instead)
Cut the shrimp back and remove the shrimp whiskers and intestines, wash and drain the water
Add half a bowl of Huadiao wine and soak for two minutes, take it out
Put it in a pot and fry over medium heat until both sides are slightly charred and take it out (about 7 minutes is enough)
Explode Add appropriate amount of water to the garlic and season with the Huadiao wine soaked in shrimps
Soak the winter noodles in boiling water until soft and add them to the soup to cook for a while
Add the fried shrimps and minced garlic Mix well
According to personal preference, add a tablespoon of Huadiao wine before cooking to make it more fragrant
Put it into a sand (iron) pot!
