Ingredients: 250g of ribs, 200g of wax gourd, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of aniseed, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of medlar, appropriate amount of cooking wine, and 0/0g of coriander/kloc.
2. Practice:
(1) Cut the wax gourd into pieces; After the ribs are washed with blood, blanch them in boiling water, take them out and drain them. (2) Add1500ml of water, ginger slices, aniseed, cooking wine and medlar to the ribs in a pot, and simmer for 45 minutes.
(3) Put the wax gourd slices into the sparerib soup, then simmer for 15 minutes, and add salt and coriander.
