All fresh salmon have parasites. What you don't know is that all the salmon in their shop is put into the freezer 1 week, killing all the bacteria and parasites. So all the salmon you eat are not just fished out of the water and killed, but all the back ends are thawed for the guests.
Also, I want to say that salmon is not a deep-sea fish, but a freshwater fish. . .
There are not many bacteria in deep-sea fish.
