2. Remove the power steering inlet and outlet tubing on the power steering gear, and put the tubing joint and gasket into a container filled with clean power steering hydraulic oil for cleaning; Open the power steering hydraulic oil tank cover to make the hydraulic oil flow out naturally.

3. With the oil pipe removed, turn the steering wheel to the left and right limit positions several times repeatedly to remove the old hydraulic oil in the power cylinder and connect it with the oil box to prevent the hydraulic oil from splashing on other parts.

4. After the hydraulic oil is drained, the tubing should be reinstalled.

5. After filling the oil storage tank with new hydraulic oil, start the engine and make it run at idle speed. At this time, the oil level will drop immediately, so the hydraulic oil should be replenished continuously. When the liquid level in the oil storage tank is stabilized, the hydraulic oil should be replenished to the upper limit of the oil storage tank.

6. Turn the steering wheel to the left and right several times after raising the engine speed to the medium speed; Make the air in the hydraulic system flow back to the oil storage tank and then be discharged outwards. Therefore, the venting operation should be carried out until the bubbles in the oil storage tank completely disappear, and the hydraulic oil should be replenished to the upper limit of the dipstick at any time.

7. After the exhaust operation, wipe up the oil stain, turn the steering wheel to the left and right several times, and check whether there is oil leakage in each part. Put the front wheel in the straight position, stop the engine, pull out the bracket and put down the front wheel. Check again whether the amount of hydraulic oil reaches the upper limit scale of the reservoir.
