Thick roasted spinach and eggs

Ingredients:

An appropriate amount of spinach, 2 eggs, tomato sauce (optional), a dash of it, and a dash of cooking oil.

Method:

1. Wash the spinach, blanch it, cool and dice it.

2. Eggs, diced spinach and salt, stir evenly.

3. Brush the pan with oil after preheating.

4. Pour in the egg liquid, cover and simmer for about 8 minutes.

5. Take out of the pot and add tomato sauce.
