The practice of English milk tea?
Ingredients: pure milk (it is best not to skim milk), Assam CTC tea, mineral water, a milk pot, a stirring spoon, a red tea cup or a porcelain cup.
Step 1, pour a cup of mineral water (about 2/3 of what you want to drink) into the milk pot and bring it to a boil. Be sure to open the bubble.
Step 2, put about 6 grams (about a medium spoon full) of CTC tea leaves into boiling water without covering the lid.
Step 3, start counting for about 60 seconds after putting the tea leaves. If the water overflows at this time, you can adjust the heat to medium.
Step 4, put in milk (about 2/3 of the milk tea container), stir the milk tea constantly here, the fragrance has come out, stir for 5 seconds, and turn off the fire.
Step 5, shake the tea particles and pour them into your cup. A cup of bitter and fragrant milk tea is finished, and you can drink it with sugar according to your preference.
Tips?
In step 1, be sure to let the water boil, otherwise it will have a bitter taste after being boiled by CTC in advance. In step 4, the milk is not suitable for boiling, so the milk will lose its fragrance and taste bad. ?
