The first ingredient is tomato concentrate, which is rich in various nutrients of tomatoes. Other ingredients, especially sugar, are not so attractive. There is a ton of sugar in this sauce! This kind of sauce is healthy only if it is eaten once or twice a week in a small amount (such as a teaspoon).
Organic products are no healthier than inorganic products. Organic means that the way vegetables are planted should reduce the impact on the environment. This does not make organic products healthier or more "natural". As for the ingredients of the above tomato sauce brands, they are all natural.
If you want a healthier choice, I suggest you make your own sauce.
You need 250g canned tomato, half a small onion, carrot, a celery carrot with similar size, half a garlic clove, 1/4 red pepper, a teaspoon of white wine vinegar, a teaspoon of white sugar, semi-refined olive oil or vegetable oil, and salt (several pieces of basil leaves or some peppers are optional, and you can also add other spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and mustard powder; I also suggest adding monosodium glutamate.
Slice onion, carrot, celery and garlic, and add pepper if you want to use it. Dice the sweet pepper. Heat a pot with a thick bottom over medium heat, add a little oil, then add vegetables, and cook until soft and transparent (make sure the garlic and onion don't burn). Add tomato powder, vinegar, sugar, pinch of salt, monosodium glutamate and seasoning (if necessary). Stew 10- 15 minutes, and then beat the sauce evenly with a stick blender. Continue to stew until the sauce reaches the right density, and then check the salt concentration (you may want to add more).
This sauce is fresh and can't be kept for long. You can pour it into a jar (especially in large quantities), or you can directly pour it into a jar while it is hot, let it cool, and then store it in the refrigerator for 7- 10 days. You can adjust the sweetness, acidity and spiciness by adding salt, sugar and spices. Just fine-tune it until you get the perfect formula.
