Preparation tools/ingredients: one carrot, knife.
Step 1: First, cut the carrot into even slices.
Step 2: Yard the carrot slices and press them down with your left hand.
Step 3: Hold the knife in your right hand and follow the yards of carrot slices with your left hand.
Step 4: Rhythmically lower the knife with your right hand and step back with your left hand.
Step 5: With the right hand and left hand, the carrot slices will be cut into uniform carrot shreds with the knife.
