Baked oysters with cheese and garlic
material
Oysters, salt and pepper, white wine, butter, minced garlic and minced onion cheese
method of work
1. Open the shell of oysters with a screwdriver, dig out the meat, wash it with water and wipe it dry for use.
2. Marinate the oysters with a little salt, pepper and white wine for 10 minute.
3. Melt the butter, saute the minced garlic and onion, add salt and pepper to taste, and evenly spread the butter and garlic juice on the oysters.

1. Wash fresh oysters, drain and set the plate.
