Ingredients:
One box of lactone tofu. 3 salted duck egg yolks. Parsnip 1. Fresh shrimp, a little salt, a little sesame oil, a little white pepper, a little monosodium glutamate (cooking wine)
Making process:
1. Prepare materials. Scallions cleaned and cut scallions, fresh shrimp shelled and de-veined, cleaned and spare.

9. Arrange the shrimp on top of the tofu and add the salted egg yolk paste.
10. Wrap with plastic wrap. Prevent the process of steaming, into the water vapor, and affect the taste.
11. Meiji steam stove connected to the power supply, water box filled with pure water installed. Put the plate into the steaming rack.
