Ingredients
3 crucian carp within one pound, ginger, garlic, chili, fungus, celery, fat spicy fish seasoning packet.
Method
1. Cut celery into sections, put it in a pot (hot pot) with fungus, and set aside;
2. Cut ginger into shreds, flatten garlic cloves, and cut peppers. Shred the fish and set aside;
3. Add oil and fry the fish on both sides. When the pan is non-stick, put the fish into a large pot;
4. Heat the spicy fish ingredients in oil and add shredded ginger. Garlic cloves and chili shreds, stir-fry until fragrant. Add soy sauce and water, bring to a boil and pour into a large pot;
