Founder Miss Yang was born in 1967. She started from scratch, from educated youth to the boss of a company. Miss Yang has sold tea eggs to fruit stalls, department stores and even opened a clothing store. 1994, when Miss Yang saw someone opening a shop, she made up her mind to open a fried-dumpling restaurant in Wujiang Road-Xiao Yang fried-dumpling. In 2006, "Xiao Yang fried-dumpling" won the title of "Shanghai Famous Point and Famous Snack", and was awarded as "AAA enterprise with credit qualification", a unit of the national catering industry quality-oriented consumption alliance, and Jing 'an District of Shanghai also recommended "Xiao Yang fried-dumpling" to participate in the "Shanghai Famous Point" of the World Expo.
