Exercise:
1, add Chiba bean curd to the hot oil, fry until golden brown, and take it out for later use;
2. Stir-fry pork belly to get oil, and add onion ginger, pepper and dried pepper to stir fry;
3. Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir fry in red oil. Add chiba bean curd, onion and green garlic and stir well;
4. Add oyster sauce, a spoonful of soy sauce, half a spoonful of sugar and a little salt, add green garlic leaves and stir well.
