Steps of steaming pigeons

Wash the pigeons and apply salt all over the body, including the belly. If you like the list, apply less; if you like strong flavors, apply more. Marinate for fifteen to thirty minutes.

After marinating, put it in a bowl and add appropriate amount of water. You can also add no water. This step of adding water depends on whether you want to keep some pigeon soup for serving rice or something. I usually add half a bowl of water. If there is too much water, add some salt.

Then pour two spoons of rice wine. Put it in a pressure cooker and steam over water for fifteen minutes. There is no need to add onions, ginger, and garlic. The steamed pigeon is very delicious and sweet.
