Mild myocardial ischemia will not heal on its own. Myocardial ischemia is myocardial ischemia caused by wall stiffness, loss of elasticity, and narrowing of the lumen caused by coronary atherosclerosis. Once myocardial ischemia appears on the electrocardiogram, it means that the coronary artery stenosis is serious. The degree of stenosis must be at least 75%, otherwise there will be no signs of ischemia. Therefore, once this kind of ischemia occurs, it means that the coronary artery stenosis is more obvious. Antiplatelet drugs and statins need to be taken orally to inhibit platelet aggregation, promote plaque regression, and prevent further aggravation of arteriosclerosis. Even with medication, it can only be maintained and cannot achieve the purpose of cure.
