1; Main ingredients; three-yellow chicken, shiitake mushrooms. Accessories: appropriate amount of wolfberry, seasoning; one star anise, two bay leaves, appropriate amounts of ginger, coriander, and salt. 2; Blanch the whole chicken to remove impurities and blood foam. 3; Put star anise, ginger slices, bay leaves, salt and blanched whole chicken in a casserole and stew over low heat for one and a half hours. 4; Add mushrooms.
