Ingredients: one pig's trotters and one tender corn. 200 grams of peanuts and 300 grams of taro.
Making:
1. Wash pig's trotters and put a flower knife on them. Cut the corn into inches, soak the peanuts in warm water, and cut the taro into pieces.
2. Blanch pig's trotters in boiling water, replace them with clean water, add pig's trotters, peanuts, taro, corn segments and two slices of ginger, cook for 20 minutes on high fire, skim off the powder, stew for one hour on low fire, and add salt. Take out the trotters.
3. Add some coriander and monosodium glutamate to your soup.
