1. Pour the light cream into a large bowl and whip it with a whisk (manually) or chopsticks to achieve a creamy consistency like that on a cake.
2. Add condensed milk to the whipped cream and stir well.
3. Remove the inside of the Oreo, leaving only the cookies, crushed, (in the amount you want). Add them to the cream and mix well. If you don't like Oreos, you can omit them.
4. Put into the freezer, turn up the temperature, to avoid freezing hard.
5. Freeze for 3 hours. Take it out, drizzle with chocolate or strawberry flavored condensed milk (you can leave it out if you don't like it), and it's ready to eat
