The simplest way to make cake flour is as follows:
Tools/raw materials: pot, container, sieve, spoon, plastic wrap, chopsticks, all-purpose flour.
1. Find a container that can withstand high temperatures and pour all-purpose flour into it. Pour in as much all-purpose flour as you want to make the cake flour. Just convert the ratio to 1:1.
2. Press the flour tightly with a spoon.
3. In order to steam thoroughly, use chopsticks to prick a few holes, and be sure to prick them thoroughly.
4. Seal with plastic wrap, because it will be steamed in a pan to prevent water vapor from entering.
5. Steam in cold water for 15 minutes.
6. Let it cool naturally, then sift the steamed cake mix and seal it for storage.
