Polish the soaked soybeans from the night before into a paste with a stone mill (but still beat it with a machine to keep mom and dad from getting too tired).

Pour the bucket of pulp into a pot and add heat to boil.

After boiling, pour the pulp into a container lined with saran wrap underneath.

Then lift up the four corners of the saran wrap and grab them and squeeze in one direction to strain out the pulp.

Then squeeze again in the other direction, and repeat this as many times as possible to wring out as much pulp as possible.

The strained pulp is then simmered repeatedly over high heat.

Then it becomes drinkable soybean milk.

The gypsum was then pounded into a powdery froth using a ring tea port.

Wash the gypsum powder evenly and slowly into the boiled soy milk.

Then cover and wait for about 30-60 minutes when you can see the shape of soybean flower with a ladle to the container below (special container for making tofu).

Then put a big clean stone to press tightly, about an hour or so to open to see.
