Ingredients:
6 pieces of Heyuan Bawang flower rice noodles
100 grams of sandwich ham
One dried squid
One green onion leaf
Light soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Paste pepper powder
Chicken powder
Sesame oil
Appropriate amount of peanut oil
Recipe method:
1. Boil the rice noodles in boiling water for a while, just use chopsticks to cut them apart. Pour cold water and set aside.
2. Soak the squid in cold water until soft, remove the bones and wash it clean. Cut the squid and ham into shreds and set aside.
3. Heat the pot and saute the shredded squid and ham in peanut oil until fragrant, add some light soy sauce and pepper paste. Put it in a small bowl.
4. Take a large plate and apply some peanut oil, add rice noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper and chicken powder and mix well. Sprinkle fried shredded squid and ham on the rice noodles. Boil the water in the pot and steam over high heat for 5 minutes.
5. Open the lid, sprinkle chopped green onion and sesame oil, and bake over low heat for one minute. Mix the powder and ingredients well when eating.
