Half or a chicken, a small bowl of peeled chestnuts, red dates and medlar.
Exercise:
1. Wash the chicken, cut it into small pieces, put it in a pot with cold water, blanch it and control the water to dry.
2. Add oil to the pot, stir-fry ginger and onion while the oil is hot, stir-fry the chicken for a while, and put it into the casserole.
3. Add boiling water to the casserole and simmer for one hour.
4. Add chestnut, red dates and medlar, simmer for 20 minutes and season with salt.
