Ingredients: 80 grams of noodles, 20 grams of onions, 1 egg, 20 grams of cabbage, a little carrot, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of salt.
1. Drain the noodles and set aside.
2. While the noodles are cooking, shred the onions, carrots and cabbage.
