1. Wash the bought wormwood with clean water. There are three people in my family. Generally, 90 grams of wormwood is enough. Besides, my husband doesn't like this kind of glutinous rice. If the family likes it, they can buy more.
2. Add water to the pot and boil the wormwood in the pot. Don't put too much water when adding water. When the pot boils, your wormwood will be cooked. Just boil the pot.
3. Pour the cooked wormwood, soup and grass into the juicer while it is hot, and squeeze the juice. It must be hot when you do this step.
4. When juicing, we first prepare glutinous rice flour, pour 500 grams of glutinous rice flour into the basin, and add appropriate amount of sugar into the basin. Sugar also depends on your taste. If you like sweets, you can add more.
5. After mixing glutinous rice and white sugar evenly, pour the squeezed wormwood juice into the pot, be sure to pour it while it is hot, and never add it when it is cold.
6. After adding wormwood juice, make this dough. It is best to stir with chopsticks while pouring. When the wormwood juice is poured out, it will be easier for you to knead the flour into dough.
7. After the dough is proofed for 20 minutes, it will rise piece by piece, as long as it can be put in your hand and become thin skin without deterioration. This step is mainly to see if the dough can be wrapped, otherwise it will spread out very easily when steaming.
8. When the dough is ready, Bian Xiao made the seasoning, fried and chopped the peanuts, and added black sesame seeds and fine sugar into the bowl to stir well. Then he took 30 grams of dough and flattened it. Then he put the seasoning in the skin and wrapped it into a ball bit by bit.
9. Put a piece of oil paper under each wrapped green ball and put it evenly in the pot. Because I only have this pot, I let it go, and it is better to have a gap.
10. You can start steaming the coded Qingming pot. Steam for about 10- 15 minutes, and then take out the pot. Qingming pot is different from steamed buns, so it doesn't need to be stewed.
