1. Wash the rice twice.
2. Put it in a small pot and pour 200ml of water.
3. Bring the fire to a boil, then turn to low heat for 15 minutes or until the water is almost absorbed.
4. When cooking, mix150ml coconut milk, 50g white sugar and salt, and heat until the sugar is completely melted.
When the rice is cooked, pour the freshly made coconut juice on the rice.
6. Cover the lid and let the rice fully absorb the taste of coconut milk. (about 1 hour).
7. Making coconut milk shower juice: put 100 ml coconut milk, the remaining 10 g sugar and a little salt into a pot and boil it over medium heat, then pour it into a small bowl for later use.
8. Assembly: Cut the mango into pieces or strips.
9. Put the glutinous rice in the center of a clean plate with mango slices around it. Pour in the right amount of coconut milk and serve!
