Homemade potato noodles?
Wash, peel, slice and steam potatoes, or microwave them in the microwave for 6 minutes, then take them out and mash them.
Pour 600 grams of flour, 3 grams of salt, an egg and mashed potatoes into a large basin, stir them with chopsticks into a flocculent shape, and then make them into a ball by hand. It is better to operate when the dry humidity is a little dry. If it is too wet, continue to add flour and mix well until it does not stick to your hands and can form a ball again. Then put it aside and wake up for a while. The dough is preferably rectangular in shape.
The noodle maker is installed to start making noodles. Cut four pieces of noodles with a thickness of 1 cm, and then spread flour evenly on both sides. Then you can press the noodles on the noodle maker. First, press one piece, then two pieces, and finally press the four pieces together. If the noodles are sticky during the pressing process, you must powder them. After pressing, you can put them on the noodle cutter for cutting. Adjust the knob. I slowly turn from 6 to 3.
Cut noodles are easy to dry when put on a drying rack and eaten by an electric fan, so they are not easy to stick together.
Sun-dried noodles can be frozen in the refrigerator if you can't finish them.
The cooked noodles should be fished out of another pot, and the soup should be put in when it is cooked, so that the cooked noodle soup is clear and not sticky.
