2. Fill the vegetable basin with clean water and put the shrimp in the water. The water just flooded the shrimp.
3. Cover it with something like a basket with a perforated filter screen so that the shrimp can't jump out of the pot; Let it stand for 1~2 hours, so that the dirty things in the shrimp can be spit out and replaced.
Before cooking, take it out and rinse it.
