Bananas are suitable for growing in fertile and well-drained soil.
Banana tree bonsai is a light-loving plant and also likes to grow in a humid environment. If it is placed indoors or outdoors, it should be placed in a sunny place and watered every few days according to the wet and dry conditions of the basin soil. Although the banana tree bonsai is a water-loving plant, it should not be watered too often to avoid rotting roots in the pot soil.
Cultivation of banana trees: ramet propagation. When banana leaves wither in late autumn, cut off the dead leaves to protect the roots. The remaining stalks are wrapped with straw at the base of the stalks. Straw will be released at the beginning of April of the following year, and when many seedlings grow on the roots, they can be propagated by plants.
